The Power Electronics community will gather in Ghent, Belgium, from 6 to 10 September 2021, to exchange views on research progress and technological developments in various topics. On Monday 6 September a number of tutorials will be organised and several technical visits are planned on Friday 10 September.
Part of the Conference Organizing Committee are two MOBI members: prof. dr. Omar Hegazy and prof. dr. Joeri Van Mierlo, head of MOBI.
The 23rd European Conference on Power Electronics and Applications will be organised in Euregio Benelux, slightly extended within Germany with the kind collaboration of RWTH Aachen.
Furthermore, for the EPE ECCE Europe conference and its community, it will be coming back to the country where it al began, in 1985 in Brussels.
The conference will take place at the Gent ICC - International Convention Center. The conference venue is at walking distance from the railway station and offers facilities and services of international quality meeting standards. Wi-Fi access will be free for attendees, everywhere in the congress centre.
On top of the regular technical programme of selected papers, the panel of organising Universities will allow for a broad range of topics for the keynotes and industrial forum sessions, with as special highlights, energythrifty industrial drives and special drives, e-mobility, renewable energy systems, diagnostics and control.
