Laura obtained her Bachelors degree (BSc.) in Banking and Finance at the University of Buea, Cameroon. Her passionate for transportation and mobility led her to Belgium where she obtained her Master of Science degree in Transportaion, Mobility Management at the University of Hasselt, Belgium. Her dissertation focused on Assessing the impact of traffic congestion on transport mode choice in the Netherlands using an activity- based transport model.
Leku will be working as a PhD researcher on CAIRGOBIKE project over the acceptance of cargobikes for sustainable mobility and logistics. She will be supervised by prof. dr. Cathy Macharis and Prof. dr. Philippe Lebeau.
