Sazzad Hosen is a mechanical graduated from Bangladesh. He received his M.Sc. degree in Power Engineering from BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany in 2016. During his master thesis, he worked on low voltage battery systems ageing investigation and electrical behaviour analysis. Apart from his thesis project, Sazzad also worked on several energy and battery related projects with Continental AG and Johnson Controls Power Solutions. Currently, he works in the Battery Innovation Centre of MOBI on the Horizon 2020 European project named ‘GHOST’. His research interests include battery lifetime modelling, physical-chemical degradation, characterization techniques etc. for heavy and low duty vehicles.
