Shahid Jaman received his M.Sc. in Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Sustainable Transportation and Electrical Power System (EMMC STEPS), in 2017, and his B.Sc. in Electrical Electronic Engineering from the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), in 2011. He worked as a Design Engineer at the Research & Development Team, Fastrack Design Inc, between 2012 and 2014; and between 2018 and 2019, he worked as a Lecturer in private universities in Bangladesh.
Since March 2020, he is a Ph.D. candidate with the PEEM team, MOBI research centre, Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is currently working on the INCADD-project – Intelligent Predictive Maintenance Systems Modeling for Power Electronic Devices and Converters. His research interests include Drivetrain Modeling, Control, Optimization, and Energy Management Systems.
