Dr. Alex Felice

Alex Felice obtained his M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, in 2018. His thesis was focused on the development of an energy management software aimed to increase the lifetime of lithium-ion battery used in smart-buildings.

Since March 2019, he is a PhD candidate at the MOBI centre in the department ETEC, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and active in projects MAMUET and RENAISSANCE. His research interests include design and optimization of distributed energy resources, energy storage systems as well as energy management strategies.
