With a background in Organisation and Management, Laila supports MOBI’s project managers and team leaders with HR-related matters, administrative tasks, and day-to-day team support. She is also there to help researchers navigate their journey at MOBI, whether they need a helping hand with practical matters, have a question, or simply need someone to turn to. Laila enjoys bringing a creative and people-focused approach to her work, whether that means finding solutions, improving internal processes, or creating new systems that make life a little easier and more efficient.
