Dr. Sajib Chakraborty

Dr. Ir. Sajib Chakraborty obtained his PhD (with highest honours) from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium in April 2022. Sajib also received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (Hons.) in electrical and electronic engineering from Independent University, Bangladesh, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2013 and 2016, respectively.

Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral researcher and reliability project manager at MOBI, the group of Efficient Power electronics, powertrain and energy solutions (EPOWERS). He has been involved in different European and national projects, focusing on multi-fidelity modelling of power electronics converters, accelerated lifetime testing and reliability analysis of the power electronics converters, digital twin design of the EVs converters, electric and (plug-in) hybrid vehicles modelling and AI-based modelling for PE converters and advanced battery management systems (BMS). He is the author of more than 50 scientific publications. He is a young professional member of IEEE and IEEE PELS.
