Shantanu Pardhi

Shantanu Pardhi is an automotive engineer specializing in the development of hybrid, conventional and electric powertrains. Following his bachelors in mechanical engineering, Shantanu did a masters in automotive engineering from Polytech Orleans and ISAT in France. With a key focus on engineering simulation, control system development and dynamic modelling of powertrain behaviour, he has experience in working on internal research projects as well as external industrial client requirements.

Shantanu is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the MOBI research center in Vrije Universiteit Brussel under the supervision of Prof. dr. Omar Hegazy. His research mainly focuses on modelling and control of FCEV and EV powertrains for future applications in the heavy-duty transportation domain.
