The students of VUB-MOBI are qualified for the Global Final of the Global Students Challenge 2021. With the highest team score of all the participating universities, VUB is for now finishing at first place. Together with 16 other universities VUB will battle for the Champions title and 10.000€ in cash prizes.
About the challenge
The Challenge, now in its 7th edition, pits teams from top business schools and universities from across the globe against each other in the search for the world’s Top Talent in Supply Chain Management, - Finance, and circular economy.
The Global Student Challenge offers students the chance to gain valuable knowledge and further develop their skills learned during their curriculum course. By participating in the Challenge, they will experience the life of a Corporate Executive and run their own virtual company together with a team. Ultimately, the aim of the Global Student Challenge is to help students expand their professional network which might open new doors for them and their future.
Temporary first place
After the students teams participated in the curriculum course, they were invited to join the Three Qualification rounds. Only the top 30% in ranking were qualified for the final. In this ranking the students of VUB are at the top with a temporary first place.
The final phase of the Global Student Challenge Special Online Edition 2021 is the Global Final. Out of thousands of teams, VUB and 16 other teams will battle for the Champion title and cash prizes.
