Grown up with trucks and transport of freight and in business since mid-1982. Over the past 40 years, he worked for 4 European OEM´s, building up expertise in the mobility and transport industry in many countries worldwide.

Shantanu Pardhi is an automotive engineer specializing in the development of hybrid, conventional and electric powertrains. Following his bachelors in mechanical engineering, Shantanu did a masters in automotive engineering from Polytech Orleans and ISAT in France.

Léa D’amore obtained a Master’s degree at l’Ecole des Mines de Nancy in Environmental, Energy and Process Engineering, and specialised in environmental system analysis during an exchange program at Chalmers University of Technology.
